Menu Genetic

Genetic informations for Ascidian embryos are directly connected to the ANISEED database.

For other species you can create your own genetic information using the MorphoNet Genetic Format. It will directly appears in this menu.

	Switch between Genes, Stages and Cells views.

Genes

	Display the list of gene that are associated to the different cells of this dataset, and give possibility to apply these genes.

Search somes genes

	Left to right : -Filter list using gene name. -Filter only the genes that are present in the cell you selected. - Reload the complete gene list.

Genes combination

	Left to right : - Show each selected genes independently. - Show the intersection of the selected genes. - Show the union of the selected genes.

Single gene panel

	In the main list, you can visualize the gene name and on the left of it the total number of cell it's associated with along the time sequence. Clicking on the right colored square apply a color to the associated cells.

Full Gene Interaction

By click on the small dots at the left you can have access to more possible interactions. At the right that you can change the default associated color using the slider or entering the desired number of the corresponding selection. For continuous value of gene expression data, by clicking on the left button, you can associated a colormap the gene expression. The second button open the associated gene card in ANISEED.

Stages

	Display the list of gene that are associated to this stage of this dataset, and give possibility to apply these genes.

Cells

	Display the list of gene that are associated to a cell or a group of cells, and give possibility to apply these genes.
